I think you need to work on your proportions and posing more, the head for example is much bigger then it should be. There's also not a good sense of flow to the piece either, you've used a lot of angular pointy lines, angular lines can be fine to show strength and solidity but when it comes to the body you want to generally keep them to bone and give the muscles more flow-ish lines for gesture. Hope this helps!.

I really liked that you just gave her the chomp head haha.
A few criticisms though, her chest looks really flat, probably due to how you painted the cloth around her shoulders I think?.. also her arm looks off to me like it's broken.
Other then that it's a really nice piece, good painting style!.
